How we approach our content

Readers should be able to tell what comes from a source text, what is our interpretation, what someone remembers, and what remains uncertain. Teaching details and safety information should be equally clear.

We do not promise cures, encourage dependence on a teacher, present teachers as infallible, or claim supernatural powers.

We do not invent improvements or student stories. A personal experience is not proof that a practice treats an illness.

When names, dates, or lineage details conflict, we check them and acknowledge what remains unresolved.

Dates, fees, available languages, and included services must match arrangements the team has actually confirmed.
