When you contact our assistant on WeChat, share only what is needed to discuss learning options. Avoid posting detailed medical records or other sensitive information in group chats.

If we introduce registration, payments, or student accounts, we will explain what information is collected, why it is needed, how long it is kept, and how to request deletion before asking for the relevant consent.

The hosting and administration systems may keep technical access and login records. Admin previews use a temporary cookie. You do not need an account to read the public website.
